1. Education only

Everything on this website — courses, free lessons, videos, live-trade cards, blogs, gallery, webinars, calculators, chat and emails — is for learning. It is not investment advice, not a research report under SEBI research-analyst rules, not a portfolio recommendation, and not an offer to buy or sell any security, derivative or digital asset.

2. No advisory or broker relationship

TRADE WITH ANI is a classroom. Watching a lesson, booking a demo or paying a fee does not make us your investment adviser, research analyst, portfolio manager or broker. We do not place orders for you. We do not hold your trading capital. If you need personalised advice, speak to a person registered for that activity. This site does not create that mandate.

3. No profit promise

We do not promise returns, monthly income, win-rates, “safe” trades or recovery of past losses. Past charts, marked levels, student comments and testimonials (where shown) are examples or opinions. They are not a verified track record you can copy. Markets change. A method that is taught well can still lose money.

4. Live desk and labelled examples

Live-trade cards show entry, invalidation and targets as teaching labels. They are not a call to trade, not a WhatsApp signal, and not proof that the desk or any student booked that trade. Times on the card are classroom times, not execution times for your broker.

5. Your decisions

If you trade after watching a lesson, that decision is yours. You choose the scrip, the size, the broker and the risk. You are responsible for taxes, exchange rules and whether the product is suitable for you. Do not trade money you cannot afford to lose.

6. Third-party content

Some lessons use public explainers or YouTube clips as a starting point, plus our notes. We are not those channels. External links, thumbnails and embeds can change or disappear. Broker names, if mentioned, are examples — not endorsements.

7. Tools and numbers

Position-size, risk-reward and P&L calculators run in your browser. Check the numbers yourself. They do not place orders and they do not know your margin or contract size unless you type it. Journal figures are what you entered, not a broker confirmation.

8. Certificates and tests

A course certificate or a test score records that you completed our classroom material. It is not a government or exchange licence to advise others or to manage money.

9. Accuracy and updates

We try to keep lessons current. Markets, product names and tax rules change. Material may contain errors or become dated. We may edit or withdraw a page without notice. That is not a basis for a claim beyond the Refund Policy.

10. Liability

To the extent Indian law allows, TRADE WITH ANI, its instructors and staff are not liable for trading losses, missed entries, downtime, or decisions you take after using the site. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded (for example, fraud or a statutory consumer right). Our total liability for a paid course, if any, is limited to the fee you paid for that course.
