How TRADE WITH ANI collects, uses, stores and shares your information.
1. Who we are
TRADE WITH ANI (“we”, “us”, “the desk”) is a trading-education classroom based in Ranchi, Jharkhand, India. This policy covers the website, student and admin login, demo bookings, webinars, newsletters, tests, journals, certificates and course checkout.
Questions about this policy go to the desk email printed on the Contact page. We are the controller of personal data collected through this site unless a payment or email processor is acting on our instruction.
2. What we collect
We collect only what we need to run the classroom:
- Identity and contact: name, email and phone when you register, book a demo, join a webinar, write to us, or checkout.
- Account: password hash, referral code, login time, account status (student or admin).
- Learning: course progress, lesson watch marks, test scores, certificates and journal notes you save.
- Orders: course, amount, payment status and gateway references. We do not store full card numbers or UPI PINs.
- Support: contact messages, demo requests and refund notes.
- Technical: IP address, browser type, device hints and security logs, used to keep the site stable and to limit abuse.
If you do not create an account, we may still receive a name and email from a contact form, demo form or newsletter box.
3. How we use it
We use your data to:
- create and secure your login, including OTP and password-reset codes;
- open paid courses after an order is marked paid;
- confirm demo seats and webinar registrations;
- send transactional mail (welcome, OTP, payment, enrolment, test result, certificate);
- reply to support and process refunds;
- send curriculum notes if you join the newsletter and confirm the email;
- detect fraud, spam and shared logins that breach the Terms.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use your private journal or test answers for marketing. We do not build a public “performance” profile from your trades.
4. Legal bases (India)
We process data because you asked for a service (account, course, demo), because we must keep tax and order records, and because we have a legitimate interest in securing the classroom. Where the law requires consent (for example, optional marketing mail), we ask first and you may withdraw it by emailing the desk.
5. Sharing
We share data only when needed:
- Payment gateways (for example Razorpay or a bank) process fees on their own systems. They receive the amount, order reference and the identifiers the gateway requires.
- Email / SMTP providers send OTP, reset and classroom mail on our behalf.
- Hosting stores the site and database.
- Law: we disclose data if a court, regulator or statute requires it.
We do not sell lists to brokers, tip channels or advertisers.
6. Retention
Account and enrolment records stay while the account is active and as long as tax, consumer or dispute rules require (typically several years for invoices). OTP and reset codes expire in minutes and are then marked used. Closed accounts are deleted or anonymised except where the law asks us to keep a stub. Server logs rotate on a short cycle.
7. Your choices
After login you can update your profile. To access, correct or delete data we are not required to keep, email the Contact address from the same inbox you use to log in. You may close the account. You may unsubscribe from optional notes. OTP and reset mails expire quickly — do not share those codes with anyone, including people claiming to be “support” on WhatsApp.
8. Cookies and similar
We use a session cookie so you stay signed in, a CSRF token to protect forms, and basic analytics only if enabled in site settings. Blocking cookies may stop checkout, student desk and login from working. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on the classroom pages.
9. Security
Passwords are stored hashed. OTP is stored as a hash, not in plain text. Staff access to the admin desk is limited to operators you appoint. No method is perfect. If you suspect a leak, change the password using Forgot password and write to the desk immediately.
10. Children
This classroom is aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18. If a parent or guardian believes a minor registered, contact us and we will close the account.
11. Transfers
The primary store is in India. Some processors (email or payment) may handle data on servers outside India under their own terms. By using the site you accept that those processors are necessary to deliver the service you asked for.
12. Changes
We will update this page when our practice changes. The date in the site footer is the latest review. Continued use after a change means you have read the new text. Material changes that affect how we use existing data will also be noted by email where we have a working address.
