Terms of Use

1. Agreement

By visiting TRADE WITH ANI, creating an account, booking a demo, joining a webinar or buying a course, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Disclaimer, the Risk Disclosure and the Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or pay a fee.

These Terms are a contract between you and the desk that operates this website. They apply to students and to admin users who are given a staff login.

2. What we sell

We sell education: recorded lessons, free previews, webinars, tests, notes and classroom examples. We do not sell tips, portfolio management, brokerage, PMS, research reports or guaranteed returns. Live-trade cards are labelled classroom figures. They are not orders placed for you and not a signal subscription.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and able to form a contract under Indian law. You must give a real email that you control. That email is your login for both student and admin accounts. One person, one login. If you enrol a team, each person needs their own seat unless a written classroom licence says otherwise.

4. Accounts and security

Keep the password private. Do not share OTP codes. You are responsible for activity on your login. Tell us at once if you think the account was used by someone else. We may suspend a login that looks shared, scraped or abusive. Admin users must not give their password to students.

5. Enrolment and access

A paid course opens after the order is marked paid (gateway success or a manual mark by the desk). Free previews stay public. Access lasts as stated on the course page at the time of purchase. If no period is printed, access is for the life of that course on this site, not a perpetual licence to download and republish. We may update videos and notes as the curriculum changes. We may move a lesson between free and paid sections; paid buyers keep the lessons they already unlocked.

6. Licence — what you may and may not do

Your enrolment is a personal licence to watch and study. You may take private notes. You may not:

• share the login, screen-record paid lessons for others, or post course files in public or paid groups;
• scrape, copy or resell our videos, PDFs, tests or branding;
• use the TRADE WITH ANI name to imply we manage money or certify you as an adviser;
• treat class examples as personalised advice or as a public track record.

A breach may close the account without a refund, as set out in the Refund Policy.

7. Conduct

Do not abuse staff or other students, spam chat, upload malware, or attempt to break login, payment or watermarking. Do not use the site to offer unregistered investment advice to others. We may remove content and suspend access.

8. Payments

Prices are in Indian rupees unless stated otherwise. Taxes, if any, appear at checkout. Coupons apply only as written and may expire. A payment is complete when the gateway or the desk marks the order paid. Failed or pending payments do not open the course. See the Refund Policy for cancellations.

9. Webinars, demo and tests

A free demo seat is not a paid product and is not a guarantee of a later discount. Webinar times can shift; we will mail the address you registered. Tests are for learning. Scores are not a SEBI or NISM qualification unless a separate certificate says so.

10. Intellectual property

Course videos, notes, tests, the site design and the TRADE WITH ANI name stay our property (or that of the credited instructor). Student journal entries stay yours. If you send a testimonial, you give us a licence to show it on the site until you ask us to take it down.

11. Third-party services

Checkout, email and some lesson players (for example YouTube) are run by third parties. Their terms apply to that slice of the service. We are not those providers.

12. Availability

We aim to keep the desk online but we do not promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, hosting faults or force majeure may pause video. That pause is not a refund by itself unless it lasts an unreasonable time and you write to us.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. The new text applies when it is posted on this page. If a change is material, we will try to mail active students. Continued use after the update is acceptance.

14. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer rights, courts in Ranchi, Jharkhand have jurisdiction. Nothing here limits rights you cannot waive under the Consumer Protection Act or other Indian law.
