A journal beats a highlight reel
Screenshots of winners do not teach. The skipped and stopped ideas do.
A folder of green screenshots is a highlight reel. A useful journal has four fields every time: structure, invalidation, size, and what you felt when you clicked.
Log the no-trades. Sitting out when the map is messy is a desk decision, not a miss. If you only record the winners, you will remember stories and forget process.
Review once a week: How many ideas had a written stop before entry? How many times did you move it? How often did two charts share the same risk?
We do not publish invented win-rates. Your book is for you. This note is education, not a performance claim.
